Mobile messaging terms

The program

When you opt in to LIONS DEN text messages, you agree to receive recurring messages at the mobile number you provide. These may include new drops, restocks, offers, and reminders about items left in your cart. If you separately opt in to order updates, you may also receive messages about your order and delivery. Message frequency varies.

Your choice to join

Marketing texts require your express consent, including consent to messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Providing a phone number for an order or a Den pass alone does not subscribe you to marketing texts. You must own the number you provide or be authorized to consent to messages at that number.

Message frequency and charges

LIONS DEN does not charge you to join the text message program. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan, including to messages you send us. Contact your carrier for details. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Leave at any time

Reply STOP to a LIONS DEN text message to unsubscribe from that messaging program. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent through that program unless you opt in again. If you are subscribed through more than one sending number, reply STOP to each one.

Opting out of texts does not cancel an order or unsubscribe you from email. To rejoin, use a LIONS DEN text signup form and provide fresh consent.

Your messaging information

We use your mobile number and consent records to operate the messaging program, honor your choices, and provide support. Service providers, including Klaviyo and messaging carriers, process this information to deliver messages on our behalf. We do not sell your mobile number or share your text message opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Program changes

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the messaging program, subject to applicable law. Updates will appear here with a revised date. If our sending number changes, we will notify you where required. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
