Returns and refunds
Every piece leaves the den checked. If something is not right, we make it right.
All sales are final
All sales of Chapter 001 are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or fit. Check the size chart on each product page before you order.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not the item or size you ordered, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, including shipping. You will not pay to send anything back.
- Email us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We reply within 2 business days with next steps.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us with your order number and we will take care of it.
