From the den to your door. Here is how it works.
Production and dispatch
Chapter 001 pieces are made to order. Production takes about 2 to 3 weeks after you order, then your piece ships. Orders ship in the order they were placed.
Where we ship and what it costs
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping cost and the delivery estimate for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the den, you get an email with your tracking number.
Lost, late, or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, your package shows delivered but never arrived, or it shows up damaged, email us with your order number. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund. See our returns and refunds policy for details.
